• BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONSIf you need to cancel any appointment, we would appreciate 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in a 50% deposit in order to secure your next booking.

• LATE ARRIVALSYour treatment has been allocated a certain amount of time. If you arrive late unfortunatelly you will loose valuable treatment time, as we have to consider the next appointment.

• SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONSIf you are pregnant, suffer from high blood pressure, using Retin-A, Accutane or taking medications, have any injuries please let us know. This is so we can consider their effect on your treatment.

• GIFT VOUCHERSThe perfect present for that special someone. We can make out a voucher for any ammount or cervice, and customise to your needs. Our vouchers are not transferrable for cash and expire six months from purchase. All vouchers must be present at time of treatment.

• PAYMENT OPTIONSYou can pay for your services and retail products using Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS, (minimum purchase of $20), Gift Vouchers and Cash. Sorry no cheques, American Express or Diners.
